Description:
An exciting time to join this successful underwriting function as it
experiences a period of new growth and positive change.
This is a newly created role within the underwriting service centre of a
provider with a good reputation in the local market.
It is an ideal opportunity for a natural leader who has a good practical
knowledge of commercial insurance. Managing an underwriting service team you
will be responsible for all areas of performance management, coaching and
personal development and problem solving.
Previous leadership experience gained from within an Underwriting function is
essential.
