Description:
Top quality Global syndicate seek a Team Leader/Manager or experienced underwriting/operations technician who has trained others. You will manage workflow, maintain quality standards, review team KPI's, produce underwriting reports and help develop and deliver systems and process changes to improve operational efficiency of underwriting support and data management. Being a motivated character with strong Excel skills is essential, and it is desirable that you have had exposure to both Open Market and Binding Authority business.
