Description:
This is an opening for someone with a strong operational background who has experience with change management and business process review. You should be an 'ideas' person with an aptitude for thinking 'outside the box', with experience of planning, managing and implementing large scale projects whether it be IT enhancements or developing a support mechanism for operational support to underwriters, facilitating best practice throughout.You should be able to demonstrate an aptitude for facilitation management information within the business. This will be a management opportunity overseeing approximately 14 people within an operational capacity and report directly to the COO.This is a new role for someone keen to make an impact and take ownership immediately.
