An opportunity to join a leading insurance company in a high profile and important role within the East regional insurance market.

Working within this commercial underwriting unit, this department and organisation hold a market leading position within the Northamptonshire and surrounding area. The work with large and influential brokers within the Northampton, Cambridge and Peterborough areas.

This position has the potential to give genuine career development and job satisfaction as you work in a team helping individuals develop and manage performance.

The role will involve the following elements:

- Manage a team of commercial trading underwriters. - Allocate work.- Hold regular update and motivational meetings.- Ensure all work is compliant.- Working closely with Key trading staff.

This position would suit a well experienced commercial underwriter who has a proven track record in delivering results and developing staff.
