A newly created position within a rapidly expanding commercial; insurance organisation.

You will lead a team of internal claims professionals dealing with UK domestic claims issues.

Your role will be that of a mentor, technical referral point and general manager for a designated team of handlers. You will advise and deal with senior clients and will be the sole point of contact for all management lead issues.

You will insure your team through excellent leadership, will ensure that all processes and general workflows are in accordance with the company’s values and will deliver a high level of service to your clients.

You will be the senior point of contact for the panel of insurers and will be responsible for the development of your team with regards to ongoing PDP's.

Responsibility for establishing KPI's for your team and service level agreements will also form part of your daily activities.

You must have a solid insurance background (preferably from a claims environment) as well as previous team leading experience.
