Description:
Due to rapid expansion, this emerging insurance organisation has created this
new opening.
This key role will involve leading a team responsible for providing a
technical claims support service.
Main duties will include:
- Being an inspirational leader, managing and motivating the designated team
of claims technicians.
- Responsibility for coaching, PDPs, succession plans and salary reviews.
- Improve and maintain a consistant and quality technical claims support
service.
You must have a solid insurance background including specific buildings claims
knowledge, as well as previous team leading experience.
