Description:
This role with a leading insurer combines the need to be the focal point for
financial lines including PI and Financial Institutions as well as being a
manager for a small team.
The principal responsibility will be to develop key relationships in the
Reading market and actively grow the speciality book. Setting strategy and
being in control of the broker development plans are key elements.
It is essential to have product knowledge as well as a track record in
client/broker relationship management.
