Description:
My client, a well respected general insurance provider, seeks a commercial underwriter to join a specialist underwriting team. Joining one other underwriter you will have autonomy to write business and jointly have overall responsibility for account profitability. Due to the nature of the type of business there is a requirement for sound underwriting skill and risk assessment - this role will be ideal for someone who likes to get involved in their work. The successful candidate is likley to have a motor fleet underwriting background, however, we would welcome applications from all candidates with any general insurance commercial underwriting ability.
