Well respected global insurer seeks Six Sigma Black Belt candidate. You will be responsible for running and managing operational/functional projects to Six Sigma and LEAN methodology. The role will be tasked with providing business solutions to cut cost through the reduction of variability, deliver enhanced customer satisfaction and experience, and increase process efficiency. You will provide strategic, cultural and behavioural changes to the organisation as a whole to increase organisational value.

Overview:A key role within the organisation and a key enabler across all business areas. As a result the successful candidate will have a proven record of Six Sigma project management and process improvement competency and will be able to demonstrate that they have effectively embedded this philosophy and mindset within an organisation.

Key requirements:Essential· c. 3 - 5 years+ Six Sigma & LEAN methodology experience· Demonstrable ability to understand strategic business plans and priorities· Demonstrable experience of delivering financial / efficiency gains· Strong change management capabilities and competencies· Computer literate - MS Office packages· Strong analytical skills, ability to understand and interpret complex process and business reports· Relevant Project Management and Process Management Qualification (Six Sigma Black Belt)· Six Sigma qualification certified by the British Quality Foundation (BQF)· Ideally degree educated or relevant business experience

Desirable· Understanding of the Insurance business lifecycle and back-office processing· Second European Language (English being the primary business language)· Relevant experience of leading multi-cultural teams and service providers· Prince 2 Project Management qualification
