Description:
An exiting position leading and managing the Service Improvement Unit of a
major Bournemouth based insurer. The unit is driving continuous improvement
to the customer journey by feedback analysis, process review and
recommendation across various sites whilst ensuring regulatory requirements
are adhered to and business risks are minimised. The ideal candidate will
have analytical skills and ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a
high level of professionalism, good interpersonal skills with a confident,
determined approach and be able to communicate and influence effectively at
all levels. Your team will be working alongside / negotiating with a wide
range of internal Customers, such as Internal Audit, Corporate Governance,
Operational Unit Management Teams, Supplier Management, TPS to actively
resolve issues to enable support and coaching to the business teams.
The successful candidate must also demonstrable an understanding of the
regulatory and statutory standards and controls pertaining to General
Insurance Sales /Service and Claims. A recognised supervisory / ACII/FPC1
qualification is desirable but not essential. An insurance or financial
services background in a similar role is essential.
