Our client is a well established insurance call centre looking to recruit
within the personal lines renewals and customer service departments.

As a senior member of the personal lines team you will hold responsibilities
as per below:
- Monitor, coach and develop team members
- Support team by sharing personal lines knowledge and expertise
- Work alongside team leaders to ensure smooth running of team, and deputising
for team leaders when required.
- As well as handling own call work load also act as referral with customer
complaints and complex queries
- Be aware and ensure team comply with FSA regulations at all times
- Work towards team and individual targets and motivate team to do so

We are looking to hear from individuals with personal lines insurance
experience looking to step up career in a senior team position.
