Description:
Do you know a Ferrari from a Porsche ? This role is all about overseeing the repair process for high value vehicles on behalf of a leading Insurance Company. Following the notification of an accident, systems are in place to process the instruction of Engineers and the procurement of repair quotations, the jobholder will analyse the quotes and question the costing's and drive through the repair process as quickly, efficiently and cost effectively as possible. This will involve discussions with Brokers and Motor Engineers. Customer service is of paramount importance to safeguard relationships with VIP policyholders. Candidates could come from an Insurance Company, Lloyd's Syndicate or be a Motor Insurance Engineer who is happy working in an office and has the personal qualities to deal with highly valued customers.
