Description:
Required to underwrite UK casualty risks with the aim of developing business opportunities within the GI commercial markets through both wholesale and retail brokers by offering a bespoke solution to underwriting and the cross selling of other products. You will identify and target prospective clients through various means including networking and market analysis. You will have a thorough knowledge of Casualty/Liability business, gained in either a pure casulaty role or maybe in a commercial combined function with a liability bias, and have extensive market experience gained from within a UK general commercial insurance company. In summary a vacancy offering autonomy for an experienced underwriter looking to work for an industry leader.
