Company Profile:

A major internationally recognised Reinsurance Company.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for defining and interpreting business and technical
solutions to support enterprise wide critical applications, coordinating and
organising test plans, deliveries and overall startegies as required.

On a day to day basis the successful candidate will liaise with business and
technical staff providing documentation in accordance with established
standards and procedures.

Analyse business requirements and processes with an aim to create detailed
business specifications
Lead other analysts to assess current capabilities and gaps with business
requirements
Identify and define detailed product requirements and take ownership of the
changes required
Manage and track business requirements through the change control process
Manage the transition of business requirements into test conditions and
expected results for functionality and performance testing

Requirements:

Degree qualified (or equivalent)
Proven communication skills
Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team structure
GENIUS application knowledge would be an advantage
Insurance processing experience
Ability to identify problems in current workflows and guide the design towards
a more efficient, ideal state
