Our client is an insurance call centre business looking to recruit within
there busy administration team.

ØAs a senior member of this team you will hold responsibility of monitoring,
coaching & feedback sessions ensure that the team are highly motivated and
focused on achieving goals and targets.
ØFiling, post room, assist with reception, work towards targets and
compliance regulations
ØWork alongside team leaders to ensure smooth running of the team
ØAct as referral point to team members

We are looking to hear from individuals with strong communications,
interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and support others,
insurance experience ideal but not essential
