Description:
A leading insurer are looking to appoint a number of Sales and Service Team Leaders to their operation in North Bristol, having established their Bristol operation a number of years ago they are now looking to expand their operation in line with the growth of their personal lines products which include motor, travel and household amongst others.
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
· Leading, developing, supporting and motivating the Sales & Service team to achieve and exceed agreed targets designated disciplines across telephone servicing, new business sales, renewals, First Notification of Loss (FNOL), cross-sales, Customer retention, internet/paper correspondence, contact centre productivity, volume and conversion targets.· Responding flexibly to customer needs and take responsibility for the resolution of customer enquiries or concerns in accordance with agreed guidelines and procedures· Responsibility for the Team and self to comply on an ongoing basis with any legal, regulatory and industry body codes of practice.· Identifying and addressing development needs of Team members in order to achieve personal and business goals and address these through role progression and personal development frameworks;
Our client are currently offering a basic salary of up to £21,000 for these roles with a bonus package that has to be seen to be believed, coupled with an outstanding pension offering and a wider flexible benefits package.
