A major internationally recognised Reinsurance Company.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will join a company embarking on a project which is
fundamentally and strategically re-designing the business architecture of its
operating functions in support of current and future business. This
individual will be responsible for defining and interpreting business and
technical solutions to support enterprise wide critical applications,
coordinating and organising test plans, deliveries and overall strategies as
required.
On a day to day basis the successful candidate with liaise with business and
technical staff creating documentation in accordance with established
standards and procedures. The individual should have proven communication
skills and experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team structure.
Analyse existing and design new business processes
Work with other analysts to assess current capabilities and identify
high-level customer requirements
Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases
Work with the project manager, architects and other team members to define
metrics and performance goals for the insurance application
Participate in quality management reviews, in particular reviews of the
designs, prototypes and other requirements for work products to ensure they
fulfil given requirements
Requirements:
Extensive insurance processing experience
Degree qualified (or equivalent)
Ability to analyse and design business processes
Ability to develop product requirements based on input gathered from a variety
of sources including analysis results and feedback from the user community
Ability to develop test conditions and expected results based on the
application requirements
Good communication skills
