This is a great opportunity for an analyst to progress their career within the City of London, you will be analysing the performance of internal and external departments and reporting on areas in need of improvement. You will also be assessing trends using predominantly Excel and Access to reduce areas of under performance before it takes place.To be successful you will have a strong academic background in a numerate subject such as Maths or Statistics, you will also have had solid exposure to the insurance sector and in particular the London Market.The role involves analysing large volumes of data so experience of SQL or similar would be of major benefit, experience of using various reporting tools would also be beneficial.Although this is a strategic role it also involves large amounts communication with clients, some of whom will be non technical staff, so the ability to deliver clear and concise business solutions is essential.If you have analytical or statistical experience within the London Market then please send your CV to m.mcmullins@ipsgroup.co.uk or m.knight@ipsgroup.co.uk
