Description:
This is a varied and unusual role which will suit an insurance professional
with a good understanding of how partnerships and agencies are structured. The
object of the role is to ensure that broker and partnership agencies are set
up in such a way that profitable relationships can develop, having regard to
service standards, resourcing, compliance and general commercial
considerations. The successful candidate will have broad based business
experience, not necessarily from the insurance market, and will be comfortable
managing and negotiating valuable and long term relationships. Some travel is
anticipated.
