Description:
A Paralegal role handling litigated motor credit hire cases. This involves responsibility for managing your own caseload of files and complying with court deadlines. Previous experience in dealing with credit hire cases and knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and litigation is desirable. Previous experience of working in a legal practice is also desirable.
