Description:
NEW : VACANCY REOPENED 2/10/08 - A leading insurer seeks a claims trainer with
proven experience in training delivery and / or individual coaching. It is
expected that you have an up to date knowledge of training and development
theories and /or coaching techniques and you experience should ideally be
Contact Centre based. You will also have a suitable qualification in either
training, or in Insurance, e.g. Insurance Foundation Certificate and progress
towards the Certificate in Insurance.
This is a role for an experienced trainer and your CV should demonstrate a
proven ability to support and mentor less experienced team members by acting
as point of reference. Experience of working in a training department within a
call centre & financial services environment is essential and skills should
include proven experience in the design & delivery of a range of training
topics/activities.
You should be experienced in facilitation (2-10 people), have an understanding
of the basic principles of Insurance. If you understand quantum calculation,
special damages, credit hire and litigation then this will add weight to your
application.
