This Client brings together a diverse range of experiences, skills, knowledge, talents and contacts to help financial services organizations anticipate market trends, identify their implications and develop solutions for their most demanding issues. They offer customized solutions to help their clients address key issues in the fields of operations, risk control, and finance.

Their key service offerings include business strategy, distribution effectiveness & shared services, performance management, financial transformation, programme advisory, information technology, risk management, wealth management, actuarial, and regulatory.

Requirements:

§ Recognized university Bachelor or Masters Degree with a minimum of 8 years working experience, preferably with 5 years in a business consulting role with a leading consultancy firm. § Strong business and industry acumen in insurance industry § Extensive experience in providing advisory services in the financial services industry is essential. § Recognized as a trusted advisor with in-depth understanding of the industry and market. Able to develop client and identify market growth opportunities. § Recognized as a key subject matter experts with the ability to develop thought leadership and deliver solutions for clients. § Ability to create and direct high-performing teams across the firm through strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. § Excellent command of written and spoken English. § Travel within Asia is required at least 20-30% of the time on average.
