A part time position to be undertaken on a job share basis, initially on a 6 month contract, for 2 days a week – Thursday & Friday, with possible extra hours available to cover team members holiday/sickness. The position provides administrative support within the Technical Administrative team. This involves answering calls from clients enquiring about a variety of insurance issues; booking flights, hotels and hire cars as well as dealing with general correspondence and other office duties. The role will also provide admin support for a specific on line reporting facility. Full training will be given for all aspects of this very varied position within a lively and very proactive team of 7.PREVIOUS OFFICE EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL.
