My client is a leading global insurance firm. They seek, due to an internal promotion, a HR Adviser for their Liphook offices. As HR Adviser you will be the focal point for all Human Resources issues. You will be providing expert advice and support to line management including resourcing, training, employee relations and compensation and benefits. You will also play an active part in various HR projects in addition to supporting various business plans. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified (or studying towards) and will have a solid generalist HR background with first rate communication and influencing skills. You should have exposure to interviewing & disciplinaries as well as employee relations experience. You will have the credibility to be taken seriously by business leaders and be able to challenge conventions. This is an opportunity with genuine career prospects for the future.
