Description:
A high quality, independent brokerage is seeking a management level appointee to work with the MD in running the business and driving forward profitable growth. You'll be from a commercial account executive background as client work will form a key part of the role, along with general business management. Naturally, the ability to bring business in the short or long-term will be an advantage but this is by no means essential as the priority is to identify the right individual, albeit an ability to develop new business effectively is will be essential. Equity available, either in the form of initial investement by the appointee, or on an allocated basis over a period of time according to performance or investment.
