Description:
This is a key role within a busy branch of a major insurer. As a member of a senior management team the jobholder will take on a key role for developing relationships with key customers, deputising for the Branch Manager and be the focal point for less experienced staff. The main focus is to set the new business strategy and thereafter, take a lead role in the acquisition and development of profitable commercial business. Seeking a track record in business generation and experience of motivating/ managing teams.
