Several exciting opportunities have arison with this specialist insurance
services provider.
This organisation are relocating their insurance function to new offices in
the Mansfield area and as such need to double thier workforce. The new
premises are located in a very accesible location and will be fitted out with
top notch technology. The company have a refreshing culture which is very
open and modern.
Working in a claims handling function, the Customer Service Advisor role will
involved delivering high levels of productivity whilst providing a customer
focussed approach to dealing with claims. The claims will involve domestic
issues such as plumbing or building problems, you will be required to
investigate the cirucumstances around the claims and take a course of action
to resolve the problem.
We would like to hear from any candidates who are interested in a career in
insurance and would welcome enquiries from all customer service professsional
from any background. Ideally applicants should have call centre/customer
service experience, have excellent organisation, communication and
administration skills, as well as have a passion for customer service.
