One of the most successful insurers in the UK has a requirement for a Contact Centre Team Leader for their operation based at Aztec West. Your role will be to performance manage a team of call handlers dealing with financial services enquiries. Business hours are from 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays. As your role will involve the management of full and part time staff working on a rolling shift pattern you will be required to work varying shifts covering 37.5 hours over a 5 day week. As Team Leader you will be required to analyse and review statistics and report to management on trends and patterns. You will also be motivating, leading, developing, assessing and coaching the team to achieve individual and team targets whilst at the same time managing absenteeism using performance review techniques. Your background will already be in call centre management and you will be a strong leader and you will have a knowledge of call centre systems and technology.
