A superb role for an IT literate individual with insurance experience, ideally
from a personal lines insurance background, however commercial lines will also
be considered.

Your role will be to provide services to mainly blue chip clients in the
implementation of the IT business products within new environments and the
on-going support of existing clients. Duties will include business analysis,
preparing specifications and estimates of plans, configuring a bespoke package
as designed by you, testing, training and implementing change.

Insurance experience is essential to understand the basic principles of how
in-house systems work to provide successful processing for claims, broking and
underwriting, however technical IT experience is not required as a full
training programme will be offered.

You should have a very professional manner, exceptional communication skills.
