Continued investment and significant increases in workflows have resulted in the need to strengthen the Commercial Claims function. As a centre of excellence you will be at the forefront of technical claims management, enjoy first class training and state of the art technology. Based in highly desirable offices well positioned in a prestigious and attractive area, this Commercial centre boasts several facilities available to staff.

You will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of commercial motor claims through the broker network. In this unique environment you will provide a full claims negotiating service to your panel of brokers. Unlike other claims centre, you will not deal with the general public. The role will include:

· Dealing with new and existing claims efficiently and effectively, adhering to FSA procedures and service standards.· Managing your own portfolio of work for the complete claims cycle, from cradle to grave.· Ensuring full compliance on engineering usage, fraud procedure, litigation avoidance and fast track recovery.· Adopting company best practice and delivering a cost effective, quality driven solution.· Account managing your panel of brokers to develop superb relationships in order to secure ongoing business.· Technically competent Claims Handlers may also handle, or progress to handle Personal Injury work.

Candidates will ideally have 12 months motor claims handling experience, be a strong team player with good organisational and communication skills. A positive, self motivated and proactive mind set will be rewarded with rapid promotion and earnings advancement.
