Large broking house requires a Team Leader to manage a team of Commercial Client Executives based throughout the South East.

The role is focused on the profitable management of a portfolio of clients through both building good working relationships with existing and new clients and through managing a team of client executives, ensuring that through motivation and guidance the team achieves profitable growth. You will also be required to provide technical support to the Client Executives so you will need to have dealt with commercial insurance in the past.

This role can be based from either the London office or one of the other regional offices and will suit an individual who is self motivated and happy to travel around to visit other offices and clients throughout the South East. Ideally you will be an experience of building relationships with clients of a senior nature and experience of managing a team. A full UK driving license is also required.
