Description:
An exciting opportunity exists within a worldwide travel insurance provider
for a Claims Training & Development Consultant.
Key responsibilities will include the design, delivery and co-ordination of
development and training programmes. You would be required to take part in
conducting some Operations and Customer Service Induction Programmes and you
would work closely with the Claims, Performance and Development Managers.
Ideally you would be from a corporate training and development background with
previous experience in dealing with travel claims.
