Description:
This household name, is looking to add an experienced Call Centre Analyst to
their team in Bristol. Based in their North Bristol offices the successful
candidate will have a key and varied role to play in the development of their
operations.
The Package – A basic salary of up to £25,000 basic, Profit Share (up to 10%)
an excellent pension scheme and a flexible benefits package on top.
The role – a varied role to gather and manage MI information for all area’s of
the call centre operations, whilst utilising the gathered information to
predict the staffing levels required to meet service level agreements. In
addition the successful candidate will have responsibility for authorising and
co-ordinating holiday requests, sickness, absence and shift changes to ensure
smooth running of the centre.
The Company – a leading insurer who have gone from strength to strength in
recent years lead by its staff and change focused to ensure they stay one step
ahead of the competitions.
The Candidate – The successful candidate should have previous experience in a
similar role within a call centre environment and their skill set needs to
include good analytical, IT and communication skills.
