Description:
This is a combined team leadership and broker relationship role encompassing
operations pertaining to underwriting, work allocation, morale and motivation.
Although not a technical role as such, you will need to come from a commercial
insurance background and be able to demonstrate experience of successfully
running a small team. The appointee will benefit from some of the best ongoing
training and development on the market.
