The Company Our client is experiencing an extremely impressive period of growth and is clearly growing its business from strength to strength offering good quality and stable careers within the General Insurance Sector The role To ensure that Business Analyst resources, processes and methods are aligned to delivering high quality business and system solutions, allowing the delivery of short and long term business plans. You will become a key member of the business support management team contributing to the overall strategy of the unit, to lead and manage the business analyst team: set up systems, structures and procedures, recruit, maintain and develop a team of business analysts with appropriate skills to deliver the business plans, drive the planning and delivery of projects to ensure timely delivery of system releases within budget and according to the signed-off business requirements, work on specific projects as required, analysing and producing business requirements for system and business solutions whilst building and maintaining effective working relationships. Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years experience within a major blue-chip or broking company of managing large and complex projects across multiple platforms, delivering complex new system solutions, integration and migration programmes, at least 5 years General Insurance experience across different projects and operational areas, ISEB qualification in Business Analysis (or working towards this) although candidates with out this will be considered
