Description:
This well known and leading insurer due to massive expansion are looking for a Technical Auto PI Adjuster who will be required to handle an allocation of PI claims from intimation until settlement. This includes providing excellent customer service and negotiation with Third Parties on both liability and quantum. The position requires the Adjuster being able to identify fraud using key fraud indicators and taking the appropriate action going forward. Strong professional relationships must be built with both colleagues and Clients. The successful applicant must be experienced in handling PI claims from intimation until settlement. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential. Experience in identifying fraud and knowledge of litigation procedures preferable. Must be computer literate and have good organisational skills.
