Description:
Large Blue Chip Insurer are looking to recruit an experienced HR generalist to provide full advice and consultancy to the European Offices of this Global business. You will have plenty of autonomy and opportunity to be pro-active working with the business to cover all aspects of employee relations, employment law, payroll, compensation & benefits, recruitment & induction, learning & development and HR reporting. It is essential that you have worked in HR within a professional services organisation for a number of years to have the credibility to perform this role. There will be the opportunity for European travel, and therefore an understanding of French, German or Spanish employment law and/or language skills would be an advantage.
