Description:
This is a challenging and rewarding role which will appeal to an experienced
training specialist, ideally with a background in teh general insurance
industry. The role will cover multiple sites and will entail training hard and
soft skills, and will be partially home based. Experience in assessing
training needs, preparing and delivering courses and evaluating effectiveness
will be required and the position nenefits from a well developed support
structure and remuneration
package.
