One of the worlds largest employee benefits consultancies is looking for a Pensions Team Leader to join there Surrey based office. The role will be to manage the development and to mentor junior staff whilst acting in support of the pension’s administration manager.

On a day to day basis the roles responsibilities will include providing a high standard of service to clients and delivering work to the standard set by the client service agreement. You will be an ongoing point of contact for an agreed list of clients maintaining and developing the relationship. You will communicate with members both verbally and written and will deal with the more complex and unusual queries. You will analyse both client and member feedback and make recommendations for positive change to the Admin/Client manager.

In order to apply for this role you will have extensive experience of dealing with occupational pensions schemes. You will ideally be in possession of a professional qualification or you will be working towards one. You will have high levels of computer literacy and previous experience of a supervisory role.
