Title:
TCF Developer
Reference:
WEB461295GS
Salary:
to £30k Basic plus Good Benefits
Location:
Sheffield
Description:
My client is the pension outsourcing arm of one of the biggest UK specialist
professional services groups. Their services are all encompassing, and include
actuarial, investment consulting, scheme wind ups, transition management and
compliance/ business review consulting.
A new opportunity has arisen to work within the expanding risk team and drive
the development of the application and adherence to the FSA's Treating
Customers Fairly (TCF) principles. Practical application and experience of TCF
alongside a thorough understanding and some working knowledge of the FSA
regulations, ISO9001 & risk management principles are key to the role, meaning
candidates must possess some or all of the above to be considered. Due to the
nature of the business, knowledge of pensions administration would very useful
although not absolutely necessary. Relevant qualifications would be FPC, CF9,
RPC and/ or PMI/APMI. Softer skills, such as excellent communication and
administrative abilities as well as a 'get the job done' attitude, are equally
as important as the role is regarded as one of considerable responsibility.
Candidates for this role would either come from a very strong pensions
administration background or be working within Risk Management, ISO9001 and
TCF currently. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to move on,
and would come with prospects as the firm strongly believe in promoting from
within.
