Our client is an exciting new breed bank based in Qatar. They are backed by
high profile business figures within the GCC region, authorised capital is
some $US2bn. This bank is energetic and dynamic.
This role primarily is responsible for managing the total retail Loan product
portfolio, with a focus on growth, profitability and risk management; to
ensure timely execution of product launches, marketing plans and exploit
opportunities with respect to new product development.
This is a senior role and it is expected that you will have siginificant
experience gained in a banking, sales focussed environment. You will have a
keen understanding of the business and economic environment and of Banking
industry trends in the domestic and international markets.
Key accountabilities as followed:
Develop product strategy in line with the overall strategy for the Bank as
decided by Head of Products and Segments.
Design product and marketing strategies to ensure achievement of business
targets for the product
Ensures timely execution of marketing plans
Monitor sales revenue and volume and market share growth regularly through the
MIS reports and adapt strategies for regions/products/sales teams in a dynamic
environment.
