Description:
This major employee benefits consulting specialist seek a Senior Technical
Officer to assist the Pension Administration Manager/Admin Practice.
You will be involved in a wide range of technical duties including
compliance/AAF internal audit, staff recruitment/ retention, career
development, and training. You will also be responsible in helping to design
and deliver
company wide standards, processes and procedures. This will include
maintaining the pension admin section of the company intranet facility
You will be involved in communicating legislative issues/changes to the admin
practice and will act as an NVQ assessor.
You will have already gained several years worth of experience of pension
administration, ideally within a consultancy environment, and you will have
been working within a technical support role during that time. It is essential
that you have a solid awareness/understanding of current regulatory and legal
requirements/obligations.
Ideal qualifications will include QPA/PMI and preferably NVQ Assessor
qualification D33 or A1, or a willingness to study toward these.
You will need an analytical approach, with the ability to prioritise workload
and project-manage. You will be able to construct clear and concise technical
reports and be able to present verbal and written communications and
recommendations. IT literacy is also essential in this role.
