Description:
This highly respected EB Consultancy is looking for a Pensions Administrator to join their Berkshire based office. The roles key function will be to undertake all routine administration including maintaining the scheme data bases, calculating member benefits and processing member events, producing benefit statements and prompt investment of scheme contributions.
On a day to day basis you will calculate benefits for members of the scheme both manually and using the administration systems and referencing administration guides and processes whilst preparing correspondence for issue to members and other client representatives. You will ensure all work is completed accurately and within set deadlines. Finally you will identify potential issues and complaints or suggestions to the Team Leader.
In order to carry out this role you will be numerate with good knowledge of the relevant computer systems, Profund, Excel and Word. You will have good experience of Pensions Administration tasks and have good attention to detail. You will be in possession of good written and verbal communication skills both face to face over the telephone.
