Are you looking to enhance your career within one of London’s leading IFA and
Wealth Management practices?
My client are a fee based Financial Planner, covering Investments, Tax
planning, Pensions and Retirement planning, Employee Benefits and Mortgages.
Who are seeking to recruit an experienced and qualified Administrator.
This is a full Pre and Post sales positions where your main responsibilities
include:
Preparing information packs for client meetings
Database Administration
Compiling valuations
Fee/commission management
Assisting the consultant with research
Scanning and Filing
Processing New Business
Liaise with Clients, Insurance companies and investment Managers
You will be technically proficient and be used to working in a fast paced,
highly pressurised environment. Be an effective, confident communicator and
have experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook and 1st software.
