Description:
This well regarded IFA practice which offers both Private Client and Employee Benefits advice currently seeks a Regional Compliance Manager to join their existing team. Covering a number of regional offices in Scotland, the North West of England and the West Midlands, you will be involved in all aspects of compliance/T&C including compliance policy and procedure, risk assessment, monitoring, investigation, reporting, corrective action, training and project work. You will be qualified to a minimum of Certificate in Financial Planning or equivalent and ideally making progress toward the Diploma of Financial Planning. You will have proven experience of field based Compliance within a financial services environment and previous advising experience is desirable. Proven supervisory, training, coaching, communication, analytical and interpretation skills are essential as is the ability to effectively communicate at all levels, in person, by telephone and in writing.
