Description:
Job Title: Product Developer
Reports to:Product Development Manager
Direct Reports:No line management responsibilities but may instruct and
advise others on relevant matters
Purpose of the Job:Provision of quality systems development, advisory
services and process enhancements to enable continued improvement in the
administration services the organisation provides.
Areas of Responsibility:
1.To develop and take ownership of the organisation's vision, Business Plan
and values, and to be totally committed to these.
2.To develop, maintain and support the organisation’s pensions application in
accordance with established procedures.
3.To provide, develop and deliver quality application training to users.
4.To liase with users to ascertain requirements, to deliver those
requirements and participate in user acceptance testing.
5.To undertake pensions administration tasks as allocated and develop and/or
improve processes for bulk tasks as necessary.
6.To undertake research and projects as required and if requested manage
those projects.
7.Develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and
external customers.
To act as an ambassador of the organisation at all
times.
