Description:
An interesting newly created role has arisen with this FTSE 100 company. They are seeking a Team Leader to confidently manage a team of administrators. You will need at least 5 years in pensions administration, some of that in a supervisory capacity and have experience of final salary pension arrangements and ideally some DC exposure too. The main focus of the role is to ensure that the teams work is delivered on time and according to all the appropriate legislation, encourage and develop the team, assist with staff recruitment and participate in any project and development work. You will need to be highly organised and enjoy working in a team.
