This is a brand new opportunity to work with one of the UKs most respected players in the Pensions industry. The business is looking for an accomplished professional to take a lead role in driving the businesss DC pensions proposition from a technical and policy perspective, a role which will involve considerable liaison and interaction with both internal and external contacts. The remit has responsibility for leading the businesss stance on regulatory developments in pensions, consulting with government and regulatory bodies where appropriate, and setting a course accordingly to reflect both the businesss products and its strategy. The job holder will also need to be able top produce clear communications material for a wide range of third parties of pensions legal, technical and regulatory issues and act as an outward facing pensions expert in the companys dealings with IFAs and other advisers. There will be considerable interaction with marketing and training colleagues.
This is an exceptional opportunity requiring a professionally qualified DC Pensions expert with an impressive technical knowledge and a strong grasp of policy, legislative and marketing issues. Both analytical and communicative, you should have an in depth knowledge of the Revenue, DWP, FSA and Regulator operations and be able to design and present strategic and technical proposals with equal comfort.
