as an in house Pensions, Benefits and HR Co-ordinator for a large multi
national

The role:

- Act as a secretary to the Trustees including production of minutes and
agendas
- Liaise between the Trustees and outsourced Pensions administration provider
- Provision of non financial advice and support for employees and pensioners
- Maintenance of benefit records
- Undertake Employee Benefits Administration
- Communicate procedures and instructions to members via booklets and forms
- Act in an HR Function to set department policies and procedures
- Ensure personnel files are up to date and easily accessible.
- Absence and holiday monitoring

The Person

- Sound working experience of defined benefit pension administration
- Experience of working closely with Trustees
- Ability to organise and prioritise work
- Ability to work without supervision
- Highly self motivated with excellent communication skills
- Some Employee Benefits such as risk and health schemes experience is
advantageous
