A specialist product provider are seeking to recruit an Operations Support
Administrator for their London (City) Offices.

You will provide administrative support across the Operations department,
ensuring efficient processing of new business.

You will liaise with intermediaries and customers, providing them with a high
level of customer service.

Specific duties include:

• Make outbound calls to our external customers, providing a highly
professional and excellent level of customer service.
• Administrative duties required from receipt of application to policy
completion on multiple products
• To provide a high level of customer service through developing and building
relationships
• Continuously look for ways of improving processes and systems
